Tasty Tom Yam Seafood Soup

~This is a tasty seafood soup blend of tom yam flavor and great for all occasion,especially  a happy go lucky pot during holiday season

Ingredients:

1: one big fish head Salmon or grouper,diced in big pieces

2: medium- sized prawns, oysters, mussels   1-2 pounds  each

3: 2 tomatoes ,seeded and diced

4: okra   150 gm   thickly sliced

5: 1 stalk lemongrass   cut into 3 cm length     ginger , shallot, garlic  100 gm each  sliced

Seasoning~

1:  curry laksa paste  3 tbsp

2: Tom Yam soup paste   3 tbsp

3: fish sauce  3 tbsp    1 tbsp sugar

4: chicken broth  900 ml

5: coconut milk    200 ml

6: salt and black pepper to taste

Steps: 

1:  fish head clean and dice, marinate with salt and pepper, corn starch for 5 mins

2: oyster clean with corn starch,  prawn shelled and deveined  ,mussel  scrubbed

3: hot oil hot pan, pan fry fish head 1 min  each side,drain  and set aside

4: in a big pot,saute all seasoning, add chicken broth ,fish sauce and bring to boil

5: add sea food.. fish head,oysters,prawns ,mussels and bring to boil,

lower heat and slimmer for 5-8 mins,

6:  add tomato and okra and cook for about 3-5 mins  with medium high heat

till seafood are just cooked.

7: add coconut milk and taste, dish onto big soup bowls  and serve hot, enjoy.
