Super Easy Macaroons – Picture Book Recipe

Ingredients
- Almond Flour – 1 Cup & 2 Tbsp
- Icing Sugar – 1-1/4 Cup
- Aged Egg White – 1/4 Cup & 2 Tbsp
- Granulated Sugar – 1/4 Cup
- optional – Gel Food Colouring
Instructions

Lift tray about 1/2 foot height and drop tray onto table to remove air bubbles from the batter. Repeat a few times. Then let it rest until skin becomes nonsticky (not too dry)

Can decorate with food gels and other embellishments on the macaroon.
