Stir Fried Choy Sum With Garlic & Fish Sauce~

Perfect trimmed Choy Sum  but with stems and leaves is nicely preformed as “Mandarin Jacket”..

A popular classic Chinese greens with  the stir-fry process which is a  simple and awesome dish

 you hardly go wrong…

Ingredients : 

1: 1 pound  choy sum  ( trim,wash and drain,set aside )

2: 2-3 slices ginger, 1 medium garlic clove

3: 3 tbsp  canola oil   1 tbsp fish sauce

Steps: 

1: Hot wok hot oil, saute garlic and ginger until fragrant..

2: add choy sum and saute  about 30 seconds…

3: cover with the lid  and cook over high heat,about 30 seconds…

4: remove the lid and add fish sauce, stir well for a second, done and dish up.
