Sea salt Cauliflower with dried scallop-abalone sauce

Ingredients~4-6..serving

1- one medium size cauliflower

Seasoning~

1: sea salt Avocado oil – 3 tbsp each

Sauce ~

1- shrimp roe 1 tsp

2- dried scallop abalone sauce 3 tbsp

*( Ready to use one..Commonly available at Asian supermarket)

3- chicken broth 300 ml

4- starch 1 tbsp…mix with 2 tbsp water..set aside.

Steps ~

1: rinse cauliflower with water , then soak the whole cauliflower with water for 3 hours, drain and set aside.

2- season the cauliflower with sea salt and avocado oil 3 tbsp each evenly,set aside.

3- preheat oven 450 F 10 minutes ,put seasoned cauliflower onto a bake pan and cover it firmly with foil.

4- bake 30 minutes with 450 F careful take out the pan, open up the foil and turn the pan . Bake 10 -15 minutes more till slightly golden.

5- carefully take out ,set aside.

6- heat sauce pan with medium heat, add chicken broth and bring to boil, pour the sauce, add starchy water ,then stir evenly .Turn off the heat and finally add the shrimp roe , pour the sauce onto the cauliflower.

Slice the cauliflower and ready to serve.
