Saute Brussels Sprouts with garlics,green beans and tomatoes

Asian Style…stir fried assorted veggies ~

Ingredients..image (6)

 

1:Brussels sprouts  2 cups, 1 clove garlic,1 cup green beans,1 and half cup of

tomatoes , half yellow bell pepper

Seasoning..image (7)

 

1: 1 tbsp soya light sauce, 1 tsp balsamic vinegar, 1 tsp honey, 1 tsp olive oil

Whisk and set aside

 

Steps..image (3)

 

1 : Put the sprouts into a pan of boiling water,add 1tbsp oil and 1tbsp

salt,bring back to the boil for 4-5 mins,rinse,drain, and halved.

2: Pour  beans in boiling water, cook 2 mins, drain and set asideimage (2)

 

 

3: Hot pan hot oil deep fry garlics,drain and set aside

4:Add 1 tbsp oil in the same pan,saute all veggies, pour the preparing

sauce and saute 3 mins more..

Done and dish up, serve hot .
