
Sauté Asian Style Fettuccine with shallot,garlic and spring onion ~

Ingredients ~
1: one whole garlic, 3 shallots , green onion 4-5 sprig bonito flakes
2: Asian style Fettuccine 450- 500gm

Add 450-500g of noodle to one pot of hot boiling water, stir gently,cook for about 3-5 mins, or until noodle is soft, then drain under cold water,set aside .

sauté chopped garlic, shallot until fragrant , dish up and set aside.

sauté spring onion in hot pan with hot oil, dish up and set aside.

Sauté noodle in hot pan with garlic and shallots oil , salt to taste until noodle is evenly flavored, dish up.
add bonito flakes on top of noodle, mix well with fried garlic,shallot, and green onion, done and serve.

Steps~
