Delicious rice inspired meal with natural flavours of olive oil, roasted garlic and salmon….
a kick on your dinning table in 20 minutes.
Ingredients: ( Serves : 2-3 )
1: mixed long grain parboiled rice and wild rice 2 cups
2: salmon steak 1 piece
3: shallots , cloves of garlic some
4: cherry tomato 4-5
5: half a lime
Steps:
1: salmon steak cut in half, season with 1 tbsp of fish sauce, dash of garlic salt and black pepper for 5 mins
chopped shallot and garlic, set aside.

2: add 2 tbsp of cooking olive oil into a hot pan , saute garlic and shallot until fragrant…
add salmon and fry both sides 1 min..(sprinkle a bit of thyme as desire )
3:same pan, add tomatoes and toss…
4: dish up and set aside.
5:hot pan hot oil saute garlic and shallot until fragrant…
add rice , garlic salt and pepper to taste.and saute till fragrant…
6: add 2 cups of water, 1 cup of white wine and stir to combine
7: bring to boil, cover, reduce heat and slimmer for 8-10 mins…
8: lay salmon and tomato over rice with 1 tbsp of butter, remove from heat and cover..
set aside for 5 mins, done and ready to serve.
9: add lime juice over rice and salmon. Serve hot.
