Salmon in puff pastry ~

 Preparation Time- 15-20mins 

 Cooking Time- 45-60 mins 

 Servings- 8 pieces 

Ingredients:

A- filling :

1: smoke salmon.    75 gm

2: 1  canned boneless pink salmon  

3: onion, red chili  1 each ,  spring onion some

4: capers 1/2 cup

5: shredded Mozzarella 1 cups

B-dressing

1:   1 egg, 1/2 cup fresh cream , 1/4 cup corn flour

C-  1: two puff pastry or crust …

     2: 1 egg for egg wash

Method

A-filling

1:open the can, drain the salmon and season with garlic salt, black pepper and 1 tbsp of olive oil(1-2 mins.)

2: shred onion, chili and mince spring onion, set aside.

3: cut or shred smoke salmon, set aside.

4: whisk the egg with cream , add corn flour and mix well, set aside.

B- steps

5:Preheat the oven to 350C 

6:spread 1/2 cup cheese over the first sheet of puff pastry or base crust.

7: layer salmon, and all ingredients evenly  on top in pie dish,

     pour dressing and spread  remaining cheese on top.

7: roll and flat the second crust into square on flour working table.

9: cover the filling with the second puff pastry.

a-Seal and trim the edges,  press the edges with a fork.

b- brush lightly with egg wash. Cut a cross  or a shape of fish on top.

10:Bake in the oven for 35 minutes or until golden brown, take out from oven.
