Pumpkin Loaf with Raisin ~

A good choice for the fall…

PREP TIME
10 MINUTES
COOKING TIME….40-50 mins

Pumpkin Bread ~ingredients
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour, sifted , 1/2 cup brown sugar ,pinch of salt.
1 tsp of ground cinnamon ,nutmeg ,clove .
1 tsp baking powder 1/2 cup pumpkin puree,1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup of fresh orange juice a handful of raisin ( optional)
PREHEAT oven to 350° F.

1: Combine and sieve flour ,pumpkin spices, baking soda , baking powder ,
and salt in large bowl.
2: Combine sugar, pumpkin purée ,eggs, oil and juice in large mixer bowl; beat until evenly blended, add in raisin . Add flour mixture to pumpkin mixture; stir just until moistened.Pour batter into prepared greased loaf pan.

BAKE for 40-to 50 minutes , inserted a skewer in centers comes out clean, done and enjoy, yum yum.
