Easy Homemade Pancake~serve with Maple Syrup

Put away the box mix and try this easy and quick recipe in less than 20 mins…

a”Gem” on Sunday morning with kids friendly to whip up

Ingredients :

( portion  for 4 thick  pieces )

1:  All purpose flour      1 cup

2: baking powder         1 tsp

3: milk                            1 cup

4: egg                              1 large egg

5:  vegetable oil             1 tbsp

6:  sugar                          1 tbsp      salt   1/4 tsp

Steps:

1: sift all flour  , add sugar ,salt and  combine well,set aside.

2: beat egg,milk and oil until smooth and pour into the flour mixture,

whisk and rest for 20-30 mins for  more fluffy .

4: Heat a pan  with medium  heat, add  2 tbsp oil and  swirl to coat…

5: pour half cupfuls of batter onto the pan, cook  bubbles appear…and edges dry..

6: Flip with a spatula and cook till  both sides browned.

7: Serve hot and top with whipped cream, butter, or syrup .
