1: 5 large eggs (300 ml)
2: milk 150 ml heavy cream 150 ml
3: Maple syrup 1 cup
4: castor sugar 3 tbsp
1: In a mixing bowl beat eggs with 3 tbsp sugar ,
add milk and cream , whisk until creamy..
2: Strain through a fine sieve into a glass bowl to remove bubbles..
3: Pour the egg mixture into heat- proof serving cups and top each cup with aluminum foil
so as to keep surface smooth and cook evenly.
4: Fill the steamer with cold water and bring to boil,place the cups in the steamer..
5: Steam with medium high heat for 3 mins, turn to low heat for 6 mins,
then turn off heat and rest for 5 mins
