Ingredients : 1: 1 Salmon Fish head ( Dice, clean, drain and dry) 2: Mei Fun 300g ( 1/2 package of instant dry Mei Fun , soap, drain ,set aside) 3: 1 tbsp instant hot and sour paste. Curry Laksa paste 100g water 1500ml 4:some garlic, spring onion ,coriander and lemon![]()

1: dry fish head with paper towel,season with fish sauce(2tbsp), corn starch,and pepper.(5 mins) 2:dust fish head with corn flour,![]()
hot pan hot oil fry fish head (1-2)mins Dish and drain![]()
3: put Mei Fun into bowl, add soy sauce and sesame oil to taste, mirco wave 1/2 min, dish and set aside .![]()

4: Bring water to boil, add 1 tbsp of hot / sour paste, garlics![]()
Add 100g of Curry Laksa paste , again bring to boil.![]()
5: add fried fish head into soup,and boil 3 mins with medium heat.
6: top the Mei Fun bowl with fish head,![]()
pour the hot soup over, add lemon juice to taste, sprinkle Spring onion, coriander ,and serve hot.![]()
