Homemade Tomato Soup

Ingredients- Ingredients – 1: 5 farmer tomatoes 1 onion 1shallots 1 whole garlic 2: 1/2 cup of rice 1/2 lime ( optional) 3: sugar ,salt to taste butter( optional) table cream

 

Soak into hot boiling water for 15-29 mins

Sauté onion, shallot and garlics until fragrant

Use a hand blender to smooth the texture after mixing and slimmer all ingredients -20-25 mins

Final mixing...salt, sugar to taste

Add 1 tbsp of butter ( optional)

Yum yum, serve with table cream  as desire.

Steps ~
1: steep tomatoes in boiling water for few mins..
2: peel and dice tomatoes , set aside
3: soak rice 20-30 mins , drain and set aside
4: slice or mince onion, shallot and garlics , set aside
5: hot pan, add bit of olive oil and sauté onion, garlics and shallots
until fragrant, put tomatoes, rice all together and mix well.
6: pour 500 ml of water into all above, stir well until boil, turn into
medium heat for 20-25 mins.
7: use a Smart Stick Hand Blender to blend until smooth and soupy .
8: add 1 tbsp of butter( optional), 1/2 lime juice ( again optional) sugar
and salt to taste.

Final mix and serve with table cream.
