Home Style sautéed beef rice noodle ( beef chow hor fun)

Ingredients :

1: 200 gm of rice noodle( hor fun)
2: 1/2 pounds of fresh bean sprouts
3: 200 gm beef ( slice thinly )
4: 1 shallots ,2-3 garlics , bit of green onion

Steps:

1: marinate beef with Korean BBQ sauce, corn starch and sesame oil ( 1 tbsp each )

2: wash and drain fresh bean sprouts ,set aside 
3: shallot, garlics and green onion cut and chop, set aside.

4: microwave hor fun 1 min ,take out and quick mix with 1tbsp soya light,&black sauce while it is still soft and slightly hot.

5: put cooking oil to a frying pan , stir fry shallot, garlics until 
fragrant, add beef to fry 3 mins each side ( use chopsticks to 
flip over)

6: add sprouts, onion and salt to taste, then sautéed 3 mins,take 
out and again set aside.

7: add a bit oil to a clean frying pan , pour hor fun and stir fry 
under high heat,( preferable using chopsticks )for about 3 mins

8: finally add beef and sprouts back to frying pan and stir well 
with hor fun, done and enjoy
