Grilled Salmon with crispy [email protected]

Healthy grilled salmon with crispy skin handled separately recipe whip up a favorite

lunch or friends and family weeknight dinner gathering ,

sure it is  rare to find someone who

really dislikes it..

Ingredients :

1 – 1 1/2 pounds salmon fillets  (carefully peel the skin out )

2-Side dish-

veggies…. a- red onion , yellow bell pepper, red bell pepper one each , wash and slice …

… b-  two tomatoes   ( crosscut into half )

… c- green beans some..( soak into boiling water for 10 mins..and strain )

3- Marinade: fish sauce 2 tbsp..teriyaki sauce 1 tbsp..corn flour 1 tbsp… black pepper 1 tbsp..

-3 cloves of garlic,2 shallot diced…

4- 1/2 cup of cooking oil (vegetable oil )…salt and lemon to taste…

Steps : 

1: Season salmon fillets with fish sauce, teriyaki  sauce, black pepper and corn flour.

– Season salmon skin with marinade on both sides evenly.

3: Preparing the side dish –

a – cut ,slice and wash the onion, bell peppers and tomatoes…

b – soak beans  with hot boiling water for 10 mins..

c – strain beans and set aside..

4 : Preheat oven  10 mins….

5 : place the salmon fillets and skin on an oven proof tray lined with foil or parchment paper,

ready to grill…

6 : place the salmon fillets into oven, top with fried garlic… and thyme grill 4 mins …

carefully turn over and grill 2-3 mins more…dish up and set aside.

7 : place salmon skin into oven and grill 5 mins both sides..or till crispy.

8 : heat up oil , saute  garlic and shallots till fragrant..

9 : pour in veggies and saute 2-3 mins, dash salt to taste,

– dish up and set aside.

10 : Saute beans with high heat , dash salt to taste then  dish up and set aside

11 : Arrange salmon fillets and skin onto a serving plate ,  garnish with thyme , lemon

and  veggies before serving.

Done and enjoy !
