Green tea Mochi with chestnut ,almond and coconut

Ingredients:

A: Dough

1: glutinous rice flour  1 cup.   Corn starch. 2 tbsp.  Wheat starch   2tbsp

    milk Powder    2 tbsp

2: grape seed oil  2 tbsp 

3: icing sugar       1 cup.    

4: 2 tbsp  Green tea powder mix  well with 250 ml  hot  water

B: filling 

    

     1: walnut   1 cup.   Almond  1 cup 

    

    2: shredded coconut    1 cup 

    

    3:  raw sugar   1/2 cup

    

    4: butter. 2tbsp

Steps:

1: sieve all flour,mix together with green tea  water  and grape seed  oil into a smooth batter.

    Set aside.

2: pour the batter into a oiled bowl or plate, stream for 10-15 mins , dish up,cover  and cool.

3: grind the walnut and almond in a food processor into small pieces and transfer 

      to the wok and toast couple mins, add sugar, coconuts and butter then mix well  and dish up,set aside.

4: after cooling put into a plastic bag and knead until smooth…

     evenly cut  into 8-10 parts, ( 35-45 gm each) , flatten edges and then

     ready for filling with walnut mixture. …

     Spoon 1 -2 tbsp of walnut mixture into the middle of the dough, pinch edges   

     closed .

5:  roll the Mochi more smoothly  and dust with icing sugar,done and enjoy.
