Golden Seafood Patti @ Rosacooks

Golden Seafood Patti [email protected] Rosacooks

Ingredients:

1- small shrimp and fish-meat 100 ml each

2- tofu 1 piece

3- egg 1 beaten

4- lettuce Half

 

5- small dried shrimp. 10-12 gm

 

6-garlic salt , pepper 1/2  tsp each

7- cornstarch. 2 tbsp

8- Chicken broth 500 ml

Steps:

1- slice peeled small shrimps into half, clean out the black stuff and flatten with cleaver ,set aside.

2- dry the fish meat with paper towel, slice into small pieces and flatten with cleaver, mashed with shrimp paste and chopped lightly .add sliced tofu and mash all together till smooth , set aside

 

3- Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl, season with salt, pepper , turmeric powder one teaspoon each, and two teaspoons of cornflour,mix well.

 4- add beaten egg in the patties,mix well.

5- finally add dried small shrimps in the bowl, again mix well and ready to steam on oiled spoons.

6- place the filled spoons on a plate, and steam on boiling water for 5 minutes, turn off the heat and rest 1 minute. Demould the patties after cool, set aside.

 

 

7- shredded half wash lettuce and dish up on the serving plate.

Save the other half , set aside.

8-A –

heat up 3 tbsp cooking oil and fry half of the steamed patties both sides till golden brown, ( around half minute each side ) drain , and top on the shredded lettuce plate, serve hot with salad dressing.

B-

-put chicken broth into a pot, bring to boil, and blanch the other half lettuce, drain and put it on the serving bowl quickly

-Put the remaining seafood patties in the boiling chicken broth, salt and sesame oil to taste, pour onto the serving bowl , serve hot.
