Fried Rice with Eel

                  Ingredients ~ one eel (ready to use pkg.) cut into small pieces

                                        2 cup of rice ( before cook ) 2eggs

                                        1 cup of mix beans, 1 onion chopped , bit of Spring onion 

  
Ready all ingredients 

  
No over night rice, then add bit of butter to stir the fresh rice while still hot, for easy and better sautee

  Fry onion and spring onion under medium heat with a wok or frying pan
  
Add XO sauce or chilli sauce ( optional) 

  
Stir well under high heat 

  
Take out and set aside 

  
Blend eggs with dashes of salt, fry under high heat 

  
Add rice after frying the eggs, then finally combined all above , salt to taste, stirred well , again high heat .

  
Done, enjoy and have a nice day.
