Four kings Stir-Fry Special..Sabah famous stir-fry
1 -Asparagus, okra, snap peas, each with a random amount
-one head garlic
2 -Instant honeydew salted fish
– commonly sold in major Asian supermarket snacks shelf or

– a handful of tiny dried salted fish….
-Simply deepfry the tiny dried salted fish till browned….
-add a teaspoon of honey and stir until it is crispy and fragrant)
– about 10 seconds…
1: Gently removed the bottom crust of the asparagus with a planer , and cut all into short strips.
2: Remove the top and the tail of each Okra, and cut into
small wedges. Remove the hard edges of the snap peas, set aside.
3: Garlic sliced thinly.
4: Heat up oil on a heated wok fry sliced garlic with medium high heat till fragrant…
-add all the beans and stir fry for 1 minutes, cover for 1 minute,
-sprinkle sea salt to taste…
5: At last adding the honeydew dried salted fish over the beans,
-mix all well together , dish up and serve hot..
