Curry Chicken
Ready curry ingredients : ( choose your own favor curry powder)
Ready your own choice of veg., 2-4 chicken legs ( chopped and marinated with pepper and salt
1: peel and cut roughly fresh turmeric root, galanga , shallots,garlics ,
lemongrass and mix well with 2 tbsp of curry powder, 1 tbsp
of chilli powder, 2-3 tbsp of water to paste.
2: heat the oil in frying pan or wok over low heat,add the paste and stir
frequently until fragrant .
3: add the chicken, increase heat to medium heat and cook until
golden brown, pour 1 cup of coconut milk and slow cook
10-15 mins
4: add wash and chop vegetable to chicken , one piece of brown
sugar , and simmer until fragrant .
5: done and serve hot with rice or bread.

Homemade Curry Chicken

Vegetables….

Wash,slice and set aside…

Chop and dash
Onion, shallots and turmeric root.

Choose your own curry powder

Marinate chicken with curry powder, salt and pepper

Hot oil, hot pan, sauté all herbs and curry paste.
Add in chicken,bit of vegetable and cook with medium heat….

Add in coconut milk…

Medium heat, slow cook for 10-15 mins

Add a piece of Asian brown sugar, and all vegetables ,slimmer until fragrant

Done,and enjoy.
