Tasty oeuvres~best for weekend gathering
1 - oysters 8-12 (frozen South Korea pollution-free raw oyster) Handful of coriander 2 - dumpling wrappers or HK style dumpling wrappers.. Use both or simply choose one 3 - corn starch , black pepper, amount to taste, mix well .
1 - gently wash oyster with corn starch, immerse oyster in hot boiling water with ginger and scallions for 5 minutes, drain ,pat dry and set aside 2 - dip oyster in corn starch and black pepper mixture
3 -place oyster in the wrappers with a pinch of coriander ( optional )
4 - fold into a triangle or roll into a tube, moisten edge with water and press edge down with a fork.
5 - hot oil hot pan deep fry oyster over medium heat until golden brown (about 2-3 minutes)
Note: seafood has it's own rich flavor , so this crispy oyster snack can serve hot with no dipping sauce ,or with ketchup... balsamic vinegar and mayonnaise according to personal preferences.
