Braised Beef with Flat Noodle soup-~ Asian Style

Ingredients

Braised beef cut into thick slices, set aside 
( best with roast beef left over )
Flat noodles 350-400g
A Handful of Pak Choi(Chinese cabbage), sprouts, and cherry
tomatoes 
( choices of your own favor veggies)
Beef broth 900ml
Spring onion, fried shallots...

Steps
Microwave flat noodle 1 min, salt to taste, loosen and separate
 into 2-3bowls, set aside.

Put beef broth into a pot and bring to boil.

Add veggies to beef broth, cook for about 3-4 mins.

Top the bowls of flat noodle with beef slices , pour the 
boiling soup over, 
sprinkle spring onion and fried shallots...easy and yummy.
Done and serve hot
