Best ever coconut baked sea bass

A delicate  dish for family and friends gathering …

A  natural flavor of the fish is complimented by a slightly coconut 
   coating, and completed with a delicate coconut sauce,plus 
   a simple recipe sure makes a delicious meal for all occasions,
   definitely impressively yummy....

 

Ingredients: 

coconut sea bass ...you need sea bass,grated coconut, lemon grass,
flour,egg and salt.

1: sea bass fillets    4-5 pieces ( 500-550 gm)
2: grated coconut      1 cup
3: egg                 1  beaten with some salt
4: coriander           10 gm  mince
Coconut Sauce:

1: coconut milk    1/2 cup    coconut water 1/2 cup   
   ( or  1 cup coconut milk only.....optional)
2: lemon stalk 1/2 stalk   cut diagonally 2-1/2  cm
Steps: 
1: clean the sea bass,pad it dry.Salt it lightly then dust it with
   flour, shake it down.
2: put the sea bass in eggs( beaten with some salt) then take out.
3: coat it with grated coconut.

4: A-pan fry it for 2-3 mins each side,so the crust is nice and 
     coated,dish up or...
   B- put it in the oven to bake ( preheat oven  350 F )
      * bake 350 F 4-5 mins each side *

5: cook coconut milk and coconut water under low heat with lemon grass
   until it is thick in consistency with a touch of corn flour... 
   pour over the dish.

6: garish with mince coriander and lemon slices, done and serve hot.

   Serve hot with rice and asparagus, a perfect meal.
