
Healthy baked Cauliflower
with sea salt~

Healthy side dish ….

Soak in water for at least
3 hours…

Drain and dry

Marinate with sea salt
and olive oil…

Ready to bake…

Wrap with foil on a greased pan and
bake for 45-50mins…

Open foil at last 5-10 mins, for browning purpose.

Simple and easy ,cut and serve with pepper.
. Baked Cauliflower with sea salt
Preparation
1: soak one big cauliflower under cold water at least 3 hrs
2: drain and sprinkle with sea salt and grapeseed oil or
olive oil all over
3: preheat oven at 450f
4: wrap with foil on a greased pan and baked for 45 mins
5: open foil at last 5-10 mins for browning purpose.
6: take out and cut, best serve hot.
