乾炒牛河‏

材料

1: 一包河粉(大約200gm) 半包荳芽(大約半磅)
2:炒用牛肉200 gm 切薄片
3: 乾䓤頭一個、兩粒蒜頭切粒、青䓤切段備用

 

步驟

1:牛肉用韓式燒烤醬汁、粟粉、麻油各一湯匙調味(可加1-2tsp 味醂)
2:荳芽冲水瀝乾備用

3:河粉微波爐叮1分鐘、取出用老抽、生抽各一湯匙快手上色拌勻 備用

4: 熱煱爆香䓤、蒜,下牛肉煎香兩面(不用翻炒)加荳芽、䓤快手炒勻
上碟備用

5: 熱煱少油下河粉快炒 ,可用筷子翻 勻3分鐘,最後加上牛肉荳芽乾炒至均
勻⋯ 一碟美味住家式:乾炒牛河即成
