1: cooking oil 3 tbsp
2: meehoon 350 gm soaked
3: 1 red chilly 1 yellow chilly 1 green chilly 1 onion shredded
4: 1 egg omelette shredded
5: BBQ pork some shredded
1: instant curry paste 3 tbsp mix with 200 ml water
2: 1 tbsp sugar 1 tsp salt 1 tsp sesame oil 1 tsp chicken stock powder mix with 3 tbsp water
1: Heat up oil, saute onion and BBQ pork with 1 tsp sugar until fragrant
2: Add in shredded chilly and stir fry until aromatic, dish up and set aside.
4: Add seasoning and bring to boil.
5: Add meehoon and stir fry until well mixed
6: Add in all shredded material , stir fry until well mixed and dry.Taste.
6: Dish onto serving plate, garish with shredded omelette , dried shallots..
and sesame,serve hot and enjoy.
