1: completely loosen flat noodles, mix well with a pitch of salt, microwave 1min. Dish up and set aide. Marinate shrimps ,and sauté with hot oil,set a side. Beat 2 eggs ,add 1 tsp corn starch with water, mix well and salt to taste, set aside. 2: Rinse the wok with hot oil,then use the same wok ,sauté flat noodles and dish up. 3: hot oil hot pan sauté shrimps, add egg batter ,with couple quick stirs, then pour over the flat noodles and dish up, done and serve hot, enjoy. Tips: well preparing all ingredients before stir fry, this requires fast hot oil hot pan cooking.
